NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-009501-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, the successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee for CIT Home Equity Loan Trust 2002-1, byCaliber Home Loans, Inc., f/k/a Vericrest Financial, Inc., as its attorney in fact is the Plaintiff and Jerusha Lee Collins; Unknown Spouse of Jerusha Lee Collins are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 26th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 125 FEET OF THE SOUTH 250 FEET OF THE EAST 175 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 20 SOUTH RANGE 27 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
