MENENDEZ A/K/A ADRIANA MENENDEZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADRIANA M. MENENDEZ A/K/A ADRIANA MENENDEZ N/K/A LAZARO C. MENENDEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC; MAGNOLIA COURT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 3/31/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
