NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 25, 2015, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-005207-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association As Trustee for RASC 2007KS2 is the Plaintiff and Kemroy Wallace; Unknown Spouse of Kemroy Wallace, If any; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Names Individual Defendant(s) Who are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Cliam An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or Other Claimants; John Doe; Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 1st day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 54, MARTIN PLACE, PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 88 AND 89 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
