ALL PERSONS who claim an interest in the following property, 1997 Honda Accord, VIN: 1HGCD5603VA110937, which was seized because said property is alleged to be contraband as defined by Sections 932.701(2)(a)(1-6), Florida Statutes (2014), by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Division of Florida Highway Patrol, on or about January 14, 2015, in Orange County, Florida: Any owner, entity, bona fide lienholder, or person in possession of the property when seized has the right within fifteen (15) days of initial receipt of notice, to contact Michael Greenberg, Assistant General Counsel, Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, 5023 53rd Avenue East, Bradenton, Florida, 34203, by certified mail return receipt requested to obtain a copy of the Complaint and Order Finding Probable Cause filed in the above styled court.
