NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2012-CA-011108-O in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. was the Plaintiff and RUBEN VAZQUEZ, ET. AL., the Defendant, and the Clerk of Court will sell the subject property to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on the 2nd day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 151, HUNTER'S CREEK TRACT 520, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 109 THROUGH 114, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
