NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment, dated February 4, 2010, as amended by the Order dated March 4, 2015, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-065171 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ORLANDO ACQUISITIONS, LLC, is the Substituted Party Plaintiff and the above-named parties are the Defendants.
The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 8 day of April, 2015, the following described properties as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

IF YOU are a subordinate lienholder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale, if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
