NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 29, 2014, entered in Case No. 13003049CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee (CWALT 2007-J1) is the Plaintiff and Audrey Sanborn; Unknown Spouse of Audrey Sanborn; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the March 30, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST 1/2 OF NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 1, BLOCK 28, NORTH CLEVELAND, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
