NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09006879CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MAY 1, 2005 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-WHQ3, is Plaintiff and John L. Cella, et al., are the Defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 8th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 823, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION TWENTY-THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 2A OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2297 MONTPELIER RD. PUNTA GORDA, Florida 33983
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
