notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2015, and entered in Case No. 112014CA0018490001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and J. TERRY HEATH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF J.TERRY HEATH; HERITAGE BAY GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, INC,; VERANDA I AT HERITAGE BAY ASSOCIATION, INC.;, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA MICHELLE VIGLIOTTI, AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA DANIELLE VIGLIOTTI the Defendants. DWIGHT E. BROCK, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on 3rd floor of Collier County Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL 33412, at 11:00 A.M. on 30 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
