NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 3, 2015, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lobby Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30 day of March, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Unit 843 in Building No. 8 of Terrace II at Heritage Bay, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4128, at Page 1714 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
