and commonly known as 2698 Outrigger Lane, Naples, FL 34104, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on March 30, 2015 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the claim of lien must file a claim within 60 days after the sale
