Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2014 CA 004832 on March 5, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Manatee, Florida, that the Clerk of Court will sell the following property, in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 1406 in Building No. 4, of THE TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE IV, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2113 at Page 6703, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, as amended.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on April 7, 2015. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
