NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 27th day of February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-052872, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and ALPHONSO JONES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALPHONSO JONES; SANTA BARRACO, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE SANTA BARRACO REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 3, 2009; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITY OF FORT MYERS CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 30th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 6, BRENTWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
