Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-054565 , of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, ONEWEST BANK FSB is the Plaintiff, and BRIAN BERNARD A/K/A BRIAN WILLIAM BERNARD; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MARIA VEGA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRIAN BERNARD A/K/A BRIAN WILLIAM BERNARD N/K/A SIMO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
