NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 29, 2010, as amended by the Order dated March 4, 2015, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-064277 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ORLANDO ACQUISITIONS, LLC, is the Substituted Party Plaintiff and the above- named parties are the Defendants.
The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 6 day of April, 2015, the following described properties as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
PARCEL 1:

FROM THE INTERSECTION OF THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF METRO PARKWAY (125 FEET WIDE) AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1714 AT PAGE 3745 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 19, RUN SOUTH 0°41'36” EAST ALONG SAID EAST RIGHT OF-WAY LINE FOR 50.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING , RUN NORTH 89°08'23” EAST PARALLEL WITH AND 50 FEET (AS MEASURED AT RIGHT ANGLES) SOUTHERLY OF SAID NORTH LINE OF SECTION 19
FOR 175.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0°41'36” EAST PARALLEL WITH AND 175 FEET (AS MEASURED AT RIGHT ANGLES) EAST OF SAID EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF METRO PARKWAY FOR 250.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°08'23” WEST PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SECTION 19 FOR 175.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0°41'36” WEST ALONG SAID EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE FOR 250.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. enlarge the time of the sale.
