NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-051916 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-18, is the Plaintiff and VIRGINIA OLIVO, are Defendants, Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on April 8, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19 AND 20, BLOCK 655, CAPE CORAL UNIT 21, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 149 THROUGH 173, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 1008 SE 27th Street, Cape Coral, FL 33904.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
