NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on May 4, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, that certain real property situated in the County of Lee, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lots 53 and 54, Block 106, SAN CARLOS PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT 7, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Deed Book 315, at Pages 150 through 152, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
