RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed 3-3-14 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-053234 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-PR4 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and EZEQUIEL D. MARRERO A/K/A EZEQUIEL MARRERO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT(S) 9 AND 10, BLOCK 1639, UNIT 45, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 122 TO 134, INCLUSIVE, IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
