NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAR 6 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-056181 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and William Michael Nelson; Unknown Spouse of William Michael Nelson; Citibank, N.A., as successor by merger to Citibank, Federal Savings Bank; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2
are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the July 6, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK H, UNIT 2, MCGREGOR GROVES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 23 AND 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
