Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, Linda Doggett, the Clerk of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, will sell the Property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lots 28 through 32, inclusive, Block 60, CAPE CORAL UNIT SIX PART THREE, in accordance with and subject to the plat recorded in Plat Book 11, pages 70 through 79, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, less and except the following:
A parcel of land situated in Section 18, Township 45 South, Range 24 East, being part of Lots 28 through 32, Block 60, UNIT SIX PART THREE CAPE CORAL, as recorded in Plat Book 11, at pages 70-79, Lee County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 28, Block 60, UNIT SIX PART THREE CAPE CORAL, as recorded in Plat Book 11, at pages 70-79 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, thence South along the East line of said Lot 28, Block 60, for 124.44 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 28, Block 60, thence N89°28'34”W along the South line of said Lots 28 through 32, Block 60, for 125.01 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 32, Block 60; thence North along the West line of said Lot 32, Block 60, for 9.00 feet, thence S89°28'34”E for 116.01 feet; thence North for 115.45 feet to a point on the North line of said Lot 28, Block 60, said line also being the South right-of-way line of Cape Coral Parkway 100 feet wide; thence S89Ëš24'01”E along said line for 9.00 feet of the point of beginning.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash on March 30, 2015 at 9:00 A.M. in an online sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
