Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 12-CA-55921, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein , BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and DANIEL STEIDL A/K/A DANIEL G. STEIDL; JUDITH STEIDL; SANIBEL VIEW VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION , INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY , THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES , OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on June 3, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment , to wit:
UNIT 2401 OF SANIBEL VIEW VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3559, PAGE 222 O THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
