NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, using the method of electronic sale beginning at 9:00 o'clock A.m., at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on April 9, 2015, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:

D-5, COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDIMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 457, PAGE 351, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN INDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS DESCRIBED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION
also known as 402 SE 42nd Terrace, Unit D5, Cape Coral, Florida 33904.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
