NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 5, 2015 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-052353 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA,, is Plaintiff, and DELAYNE A RICHARD A/K/A DELAYNE ANNE RICHARD A/K/A DELAYNE ANNE VAN SICKLE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 4 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 42, UNIT 5, SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
