NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2015, and entered in 36-2014-CA-050537 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2007-7, is the Plaintiff and KENNETH T. HIRATA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENNETH T. HIRATA N/K/A JANE HIRATA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 9, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 34 AND 35, BLOCK 2592, UNIT 37, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 15 THROUGH 29, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
