Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and CRYSTAL RICH AKA CRYSTAL M RICH, ET AL, are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on this April 23rd, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
