Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2011 and the Order Granting Substitution of Party Plaintiff , Siesta REEP Land Trust, dated December 16, 2014, in Case No. 51-2010-CA-002032-WS/J2 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which the Pasco County Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on March 31, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:
The East 440.00 feet of the West 776.00 feet of the North 140.00 feet of Tract 56, Section 28, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida, as shown on the Plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 61, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. The Westerly line of said Tract 56 also being the Westerly line of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 28; together with a 50.00 foot Easement along the South boundary of the above-described parcel extending East of Madison Street; being the same premises described as:

The East 110.00 feet of the West 446.00 feet of the North 140.00 feet of Tract 56, Section 28, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida, as shown on Plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 61, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. The Westerly line of said Tract 56 also being the Westerly line of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 28; together with a 50.00 foot Easement along the South boundary of the above-described parcel extending East of Madison Street
