NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-000312-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of December 1, 2006, GSAMP Trust 2006-HE8, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-HE8 is the Plaintiff and Donna Jakimczyk; The Unknown Spouse of Donna Jakimczyk; Any and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or other Claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. As Nominee for CitiMortgage, Inc.; Shadow Ridge Homeowners Association; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 26th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, SHADOW RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 41 THROUGH 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
