NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on March 4, 2015, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash the following described property set forth in the Plaintiff's Motion for Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
Unit 19, Building 9, SPRING HAVEN CONDOMINIUM, PHASE Two, a condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominiums and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in O.R. Book 1368 at page 1636 as amended in O.R. Book 1394 at page 551 and further amended in O.R. Book 1872 at page 1198 and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, at page 39 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida

Said sale will be held on Monday, April 20, 2015, at 11:00 A.M. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions.
