LOT 754, EMBASSY HILLS UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 34, 35 AND 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
