RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed February 27, 2015 and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-001366-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and ALVIN M. HAYES, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 7, NEW RIVER LAKES, PHASE 'B1B', according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 40, Pages 66 through 68, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
