NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-002462WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Paula S. O`Neil, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 7th day of April, 2015, bidding will begin at 11:00 a.m. online via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 283 HOLIDAY GARDENS, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 95, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
