Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 25, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 17, BLOCK 9, SEVEN OAKS PARCELS S-16 AND S-17A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 37 THROUGH 51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2606 SILVERMOSS DR, WESLEY CHAPEL, FL 33544; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on April 23, 2015 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
