NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 24, 2015 in Civil Case No. 51-2014-CA-003077-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is Plaintiff and ROSE B. ASHBY, BROWNIE R. ASHBY, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of April, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 16, 17 & 18, BLOCK 277, MOON LAKE ESTATES UNIT TWENTY, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 15-17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
