NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 14-CA-003897 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, PATTERSON, HUBERT, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of April, 2015, the following described property:
PART OF EACH OF LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 25, SOUTHGATE OF TAMPA'S NORTHSIDE COUNTRY CLUB AREA, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 22 AND 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 4, RUN SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 4, A DISTANCE OF 20.0 FEET; RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY A DISTANCE OF 130.85 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 4, WHICH POINT IS 18.0 FEET SOUTHWESTERLY FROM THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 4; RUN THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF LOTS 4 AND 5 A DISTANCE OF 62.0 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY A DISTANCE OF 144.70 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 5, WHICH POINT IS 40.0 FEET NORTHEASTERLY FROM THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 5; RUN THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 5 A DISTANCE OF 40.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
