NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-001182 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Paul T. Biese; Barbara J. Biese; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 31st day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NW ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE EAST 250.00 FEET AND LESS THE WEST 190.00 FEET AND LESS THE SOUTH 405.00 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE NORTH 25.00 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
AND
THE NORTH 185.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 405.00 FEET OF THE NW ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 250.00 FEET AND LESS THE WEST 170.00 FEET. TOGETHER WITH THE EAST 20 FEET OF THE WEST 190.00 FEET OF THE NW ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE SOUTH 405.00 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE NORTH 25.00 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
