NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2014 and entered in Case No. 10-017782-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is Plaintiff and CHARLES JUTRAS A/K/A CHARLES E. JUTRAS ET. AL., are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 26th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, OF SEMINOLE FOREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 11284 106th Avenue North, Largo, Florida 33773
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
