YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property to-wit:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 99, Building 20, Phase Four, as shown on Condominium plat of SUN KETCH II, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 96, Pages 75 through 83, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed July 17, 1987 in Official Records Book 6541, Pages 1815 through 1862 and amendment adding Phase Four, recorded in Official Records Book 6992, Page 245, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, FLORIDA FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, PLLC, whose address is 601 Cleveland Street, Suite 690, Clearwater, FL 33755, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, response due by 4-13-15, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER - PINELLAS, 14004 ROOSEVELT BOULEVARD, CLEARWATER, FL 33762
