NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2015, and entered in 11-009035-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES , DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS,WHO MAY CLAIM AN INT EREST IN THE ESTATE OF JEAN PLATEROTI A/K/A GIOVANNA PLATEROTI , DECEASED.; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; IMPERIAL PARK OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; ANGELA PLATEROTI; LU GINA PLATEROTI; PERRIANN PLATEROTI; SALVATORE PLATEROTI; JO ANN PLATEROTI are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 31, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, IMPERIAL PARK UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 33 OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
