NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2015, and entered in 12-004464-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DONALD R DRAKE; THE LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION I, INC; HOLLY HAINES A/K/A HOLLY DRAKE HAINES; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); WENDY ROSS NELSON; RANDALL SCOTT DRAKE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 31, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, THE LAKES, UNIT I, TOGETHER WITH ALL INTEREST IN STREET ABUTTING THE AFORESAID LOT LYING BETWEEN SAID LOTS SIDE LOT LINE AS EXTENDED TO THE CORNER OF STREET, AND BETWEEN SAID LOT AND (CENTER) LINE OF SAID STREET ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGES 64 AND 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
