NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2015 and entered in Case No. 14-006167-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and JOHAN F. SVAHNSTROM A/K/A JOHAN SVAHNSTROM; PAMELA L. HARTZELL-SVAHNSTROM A/K/A PAMELA HARTZELL-SVAHNSTROM A/K/A PAMELA SVAHNSTROM; WELLSFARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, P.A., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A TRACY VICNAIRE, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's Website for On-Line Auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 17th day of April, 2015. The following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
