NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-007768, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-19, is Plaintiff and AMADOR SUAZO A/K/A AMADOR MAXIMO SUAZO, JUANA AGUILAR DE SUAZO; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A LUCY REHANEK, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's Website for On-Line Auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 17th day of April, 2015. The following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 2, SOUTHERN COMFORT HOMES UNIT ONE-B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 26 AND 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
