NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2014 and entered in Case No. 14-006638-CI in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FIRST YORK, LLC is Plaintiff, and ELEANOR V. HUNT and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are Defendants, the Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 26th day of March, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 6, AVALON SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2627 17th Avenue, Saint Petersburg, FL 33713.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
