That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 37, Building D, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of TARPON COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. 5153, Page 1813, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 48, Pages 14 through 17, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 79, Page 90, Condominium Plat Book 79, Page 94, Condominium Plat Book 87, Page 96 and Condominium Plat Book 96, Page 89, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 24, 2015.
