NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit A-104, ROYAL PINES CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Royal Pines Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4819, Page 1211, and any amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 32, Pages 83-85 and amended in Condominium Plat Book 33, Page 52, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 4500 East Bay Drive, #A104, Clearwater, Florida, 33764.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 10, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
