YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a claim of lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 206, Building A, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of SEMINOLE SQUARE APARTMENTS NO. I, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 3956, pages 408 through 437, and any other amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 13, Page 7, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property Address: 11700 Park Boulevard, Unit 206, Seminole, Florida 33772
has been filed against you and you ar required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Peter T. Hofstra, Esquire, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 8640 Seminole Boulevard, Seminole, Florida 33772, on or before 4-13-15, 2015, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
