YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, to it on Richard M. Georges, P.A., whose address is P.O. Box 14545, St. Petersburg, Florida 33733, on or before April 5, 2015, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
The property sought to be foreclosed is described as follows:
Lot 3, Less the South 5 feet thereof, Block “B”, LEE BAYNARD JR. NO. 4, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 81, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
