NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2015, entered in Case No. 08-001423-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee Under the Indenture Relating to IMH Assets Corp., Collateralized Asset-Backed Bonds, Series 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and Sara Hastings; Unknown Spouse of Sara Hastings, if any; Donna Hastings; Unknown Spouse of Donna Hastings, if any; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Seminole Isles Condominium Association, Inc.; Seminole Master Association, Inc.; Beazer Mortgage Corporation; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession; William Hastings are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 27th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 402, BUILDING B, PHASE 1, OF SEMINOLE ISLE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 137, PAGES 90 THROUGH 121, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14469, PAGE 877 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT APPURTENANT FOR VEHICULAR TRAFFIC OVER ALL PRIVATE STREETS WITHIN THE COMMON PROPERTY AS SET FORTH IN DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND EASEMENTS FOR SEMINOLE ISLE COMMUNITY RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13665, PAGE 2568, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
