NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-002420-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and ERROL A AYUSO; PALMA DEL MAR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION NO. 3 OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of April, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 302. BUILDING F, PALMA DEL MAR III A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5023, PAGE 2169, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 1 THROUGH 46, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
