NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 24, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-004908-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and LINDA PREIATO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SARA A. POTTER NKA BRIAN MURPHY, LINDA WINIFRED VALENTINELINDA PREIATO A/K/A LINDA WINIFRED PREIATO , FARRELL PARK/BROOKHAVEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., RIDGEMOOR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., TWO FARRELL PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA WINIFRED VALENTINE LINDA PREIATO A/K/A LINDA WINIFRED PREIATO, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of April, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit No. 1104 of Farrell Park Condominium II, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 8185, Page 647 and as amended in O.R. Book 8284, Page 972 and per Condominium Plat Book 112, Page 72, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
