NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-005690-CO of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS-SOUTH GARDEN -8 BELLEVIEW BLVD., INC. is Plaintiff, and ANNA JO SELNICK, AS INDIVIDUALLY AND TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 7, 1999; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of April, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as UNIT 104 OF BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS - SOUTH GARDEN 8, BELLEVIEW BLVD., A CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS-SOUTH GARDEN 8, BELLEVIEW BLVD., A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 5136, pages 2024-2075, and amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 47, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A/K/A: 8 Belleview Blvd., Unit 104, Belleair, FL 33756
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
